Terms:
We
want you to be happy with the products you order from us so
If
you are not satisfied with any product simply contact us within 7 days
of receiving your goods to arrange the return of the product .
Returns Policy
The
customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault,
including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for
return.
Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal
has been opened.
The
customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the
goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
Orders
Orders can be made on line or my telephone. For online orders you will
be contacted to confirm your order.
Payment
Payment can be made by Credit card, Cheque, or Paypal e-payment
Warranty
All
new equipment carry a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Reconditioned
models come with 6 months parts only. Most include an on site visit but
some (smaller models) come with a back to base warranty.
Please note in the case of commercial machines you are not covered by
hard water/ lime damage. We advise that you always fit a water softener
even when the water test confirms a low mineral content.
